About the project

Hotel “Uliss” is a modern hotel with “luxury”class rooms, designed by the best designers in the “modern” style. The most advanced technologies and modern materials were used during the construction of the hotel. The spectacular embodiments of conceptual ideas in building facade give the hotel a unique style. This kind of hotels is the face of the city. Therefore, the construction of the hotel real estate will always be a level of priority in the region.

Architectural and construction solutions

There are the maim facilities on the site: hotel and an outbuilding, the total area – 1 050m2.

The design concept of the hotel: monolithic reinforced concrete frame with walls, filled with foamed concrete. The spatial stiffness the building is provided by monolithic ribbed slabs’ disks in the level of floors, as well as monolithic slab in the base level.

The design concept of the outbuilding: incomplete carcass with support of girth rails and longitudinal walls. The spatial stiffness the building is provided by monolithic ribbed slabs’ disks in the level of floors, as well as monolithic slab in the base level.

The solid slab foundation has been designed. It was made from a powerful reinforced concrete under the whole building spot. The thickness of the foundation plate is 300mm, and plates are bearing on the desk through the beam (height – 600mm). Under the foundation slab is provided a sand cushion (thickness – 700mm).

The walls of the basement of the hotel are monolithic reinforced concrete from the concrete B15 class (thickness – 400mm). Wall filling of the first and second floors: foam concrete masonry, blocks with 800kg/m2 weight and 400mm thickness. Overlaps are made ribbed, monolithic, reinforced concrete. The slab is based on the secondary beams (height – 300mm), which is supported by the main beams (height – 520mm). Supporting of the main beams is carried out with monolithic reinforced concrete columns, cross section 400mm x 400mm. Slab elements are made from concrete B25 class, racks of a skeleton are made from concrete B20 class (rate of fire resistance – II).

Stairs are made of monolithic reinforced concrete (concrete B20 class). Partitions are designed from clay bricks mark 50 on the solution mark 25 (thickness -120mm). Jumpers are made of reinforced concrete (concrete B20 class). Window blocks – metal, double-glazed windows, individual order. Door blocks – individual order. The roof is flat, covered with rolled materials.
