About the project

Land site with total area 3.443ha is situated in Suvorovskiy district of Odessa.

The site is limited:
from the north-west – Kurskaya street;
from the north-east – Zatonskogo street;
from the south-east – Dobrovolskogo avenue;
from the south-west – Zabolotnogo street.

The shopping and entertainment center adjacent to the highways from the south-western and from the south-eastern sides. That provides effective communication with other areas of the city and district.

The main objects are planed to be placed at the site:

  • Shopping and entertainment mall with supermarket and shops, café, administrative offices;
  • Guest parking with 437 parking lots and with 20 parking lots for people with limited mobility;
  • Ramps.


In addition are included:

  • Facilities for firefighting (reservoirs, network with fire hydrants, storage areas for fire fighting equipment);
  • Grounds for disposal;
  • Security point.

Shopping and entertainment mall is designed four-story. On the first floor there are two spacious entrances provided. They are equipped with lobbies with air curtains. Both entrances are transformed into lounges with atriums. There are escalators that lead to the second and third floors. There are 2 elevators in the atrium lobby. Loading is performed by four freight elevators.

On the ground floor there are designed: shopping pavilions, electronics store, supermarket, “fast food” catering complex, roller skating rink with hire room and storage equipment room, sanitary premises, technical premises, warehouses and administrative offices.

On the second floor there are: shopping pavilions, fitness center and sanitary premises. In an attached one-storey building is a swimming pool with technical premises and fitness center. On the first floor, under the swimming pool, there is an outdoor parking. Also the sanitary premises for disabled people and visitors with babies have been planed.

On the third floor there are cinema complex (8 cinema screens with the cashier’s office, a café for visitors, technical rooms, staff rooms and sanitary premises), bowling, children’s play center, boutiques and “fast food» catering complex.

The fourth floor includes cinema projection room, administrative offices, technical premises and warehouses.
